Tammy Alairys is a principal in the IT Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. Tammy has more than 24 years’ experience helping private and public sector clients achieve business benefits through strategic investments in information technology. At Ernst & Young LLP, she leads the IT Transformation practice. In this role, she oversees a team of more than 150 strategy and technology consultants delivering IT transformation and strategy, architecture, infrastructure and financial management services for the firm’s clients across industries. Prior to her role at Ernst & Young LLP, she spent 20 years as a partner with Accenture running the firm’s $250m information management practice in financial services. Tammy also spent two years as a group vice president at Oracle running the North American Technology consulting practice.

Frank Baitman
Frank Baitman has held leadership positions in both the private and public sectors, focusing on innovation, technology and business strategy. He is currently the Chief Information Officer with the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) where his emphasis is on delivering improved business outcomes from the agency’s IT investments. Recently, Frank served as a White House Entrepreneur-In-Residence on assignment at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), where he helped to build the Innovation Pathway 2.0, a streamlined process for regulatory review and approval of innovative medical devices. Earlier, as Chief Information Officer for the US Social Security Administration, Frank focused on innovation and citizen-centered services while increasing agency efficiency through technology modernization and business process improvements. He co-chaired the Federal CIO Council’s Accessibility Committee’s efforts to improve services to Americans with disabilities, advocating the benefits of universal design.

Mike Brown
VP Global Information Services, ExxonMobil
Appointed to VP of Global Information Services in July 2011, Brown is responsible for all ExxonMobil’s IT and business applications in addition to the management of IT infrastructure, security and messaging. Brown joined ExxonMobil in 1980 as a process engineer and has held a variety of management positions outside of the IT organization prior to his current role. As a result, Brown brings a nuanced perspective to the TBM Council, specifically around how IT leaders can more productively partner with their counterparts in the business.

John Bruno serves as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Innovation and Chief Information Officer. He joined Aon in September 2014 and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. In this role, Bruno is responsible for delivering industry-leading technology across Aon’s Risk and HR Solutions businesses to support the firm’s strategy to create valuable insight through data and analytics that empowers results for clients. Bruno oversees over 8,000 professionals globally, driving world-class service delivery, productivity, collaboration and business model innovation across the firm. Prior to joining Aon, Bruno was Executive Vice President, Industry & Field Operations and Corporate Development for NCR Corporation, where he led all of NCR’s lines of business inclusive of financial services, retail, hospitality, travel, telecom and technology, interactive printer solutions and small business.

Richard McKinney
Richard served most recently as a Senior Fellow for the Center for Digital Government. From 2005 to 2011, he was the Government Technology Advisor for Microsoft’s State and Local Government division. Richard served from 1999 to 2005 as Chief Information Officer for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, a consolidated city/county government. In Nashville, Richard led the Department of Information Technology Services from a “last place” ranking in the 1999 Governing Magazine “Grading the Cities” survey to a top ten finish in the Center for Digital Government annual “Digital Cities” survey starting in 2003. Nashville remained in the top ten ranking for six straight years. Prior to working for Nashville city government, Richard was the Director of Information Services for the Tennessee General Assembly from 1995 to 1999. He served as Assistant Commissioner of Administration for the State of Tennessee Department of General Services from 1987 to 1995.
