The TBM Conference has been structured in a way that acknowledges the time constraints of busy executives. CXO-led keynotes and general sessions will take place on Tuesday of the conference while Wednesday will feature best practice panels and sessions led by TBM leaders. The last day of the conference, Thursday, will include TBM expert led workshops covering practical lessons and tactical tools.
